"I just wanted to express my belated satisfaction and gratitude regarding the service I've received at your Somerset facility.
Last spring I purchased a BX 2360 Kubota tractor with mower deck and front end loader attachments. Your sales representative serving me was Dan Weidner. Dan was very genuine in explaining the equipment available and making a perfect fit for our budget and needs. He was not only very knowledgeable about the equipment but also the financing options. He was not high pressure and always seemed to give you the honest and up front approach.
After buying the tractor and using it through the second mowing of the season, it started stalling and shutting down. i called Dan on the Friday prior to Memorial Day weekend and complained that after all this money and payments, we shouldn't have these problems. Dan delivered a new loaner tractor to finish the job and assured that he would reslove the problem.
Dan was right and as honest as he seemed. The problems were resolved. I am well satisfied with my ne tractor.
In today's world, it is refreshing to find a salesman that is as honest and concerned for his customers. We truly appreciate the honesty and service we received from this individual, Dan Weidner."

"I just wanted to let you know that we recently finished the mowing season and are very pleased with our Snapper lawn tractor.
This certainly proved to be head & shoulders above the quality & performance of the previous 1050 Cub Cadet we had. And a much better value than the tractors sold by Lowes that we looked at for the same price.
Tell Allen I appriciated the prompt resolution of the small tire problem we had.
